If there are any defects present on your jewelry upon delivery, you must contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return and refund. Note that we will not accept returns, nor refunds due to change of mind, and only do so if your jewelry is defective or if there was a mishap on our end.
Note that once the shipping label of your package has been removed or damaged, we will NOT accept returns or refunds due to shipment related reasons. Therefore, we advise you not to damage order packaging if you see any imperfections present on your jewelry.
