PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Designs By Euphoria website, certain information related to your device, including information about your web browser, IP Adress and time zone is collected. To add with this, as you browser our site, we collect information about certain web pages or products you view, what site searches you make, as well as your scrolling behaviours and the way you interact with our site.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Log files” track actions occurring on our site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse this Site.
Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Data is collected and stored in Australia, but data is also transferred and stored in data centres across North America. If you live in the EU, it is important to know that your personal data will not only be stored in the EU but transferred to Australia and data centres in North America, including the U.S.A and Canada. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase (Eg: not through paypal but through debit / credit card) then Shopify will store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the payment card industry data security standard (PCI – DSS). All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Your purchase transaction data is stored as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. We hold order information such as what you have purchased, date of your purchase, address, full name, phone number, email address, shipping tracking numbers etc. We hold this information for our records. You may contact us requesting Designs By Euphoria to delete it.
Third Party Services
In general, the third party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processers, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase related transactions or marketing related activities.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

When you click on links in our store or blog, they may direct you away from our website. We are not responsible for the privacy practises of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy and cookie policies.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industries best practises to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirments and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. AGE OF CONSENT
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. In order to shop, use and provide your email address, payments etc to Designs By Euphoria, you confirm that you are over the age of 18, or have parental / guardian consent to provide us with those details for order processing and marketing purposes. We sell items that contain small pieces and should only be purchased by adults who understand and take responsibility of keeping small jewellery and other items from the Designs By Euphoria store away from children.
